PLEASE NOTE that JB's will not accept return of any synthetic or human hair under any circumstances. JB's will also refuse to accept return of any opened or damaged products. Unopened and Undamaged products excluding all synthetic and human hair may be returned for a full refund of the product value at the time of sale, minus the cost of shipping. Shipping charges accrued for return of any item are the responsibility of the purchaser.

JB's will ship products after full payment for the products is received and cleared by all financial institutions involved in the transaction.

Top To Pay Online using your credit card...
-Fill your cart and proceed to the checkout screen
-Print out a copy of the checkout screen for your records
-Click the button on the right side of the screen that says "Pay Online!"
-Follow the instructions on the Secure-credit transaction site.

Top To pay by mail,
- Place items in your online shopping cart as if you were going to buy them online. When you check out, choose the "pay by mail" option.
- Print out two copies of the invoice that appears on your computer screen. Retain one for your personal records.
- Mail the second copy of the invoice along with your cashier's check or money order made out to JB's Hair and Beauty Supply to the address shown on your invoice (the same address also appears here below). No other forms of payment will be accepted by mail. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. Shipping takes 1-12 weeks to most U.S. locations. International shipping time will vary.
